I am unable to reconnect to the vpn network after resubscribing after last month's cancelation, I was wondering if anyone has had this issue and what to do?
I've tried everything and nothing seems to be working!
Same problem and don't know how to contact VPN helpdesk.

For anyone else reading this with a similar issue, you will need to raise a ticket at help.vanishedvpn.com so that we can get you re-enabled.
We will be launching a new website in Mach 2017, and one of the features that it will deliver will be automatic re-enabling of access in this scenario. In the meantime, than you for your patience.
