PPTP VPN setup guide - Windows 7:

Before you start, ensure that you are not connected to another VPN already, and that you do not have any other unblocking solutions (such as Hola) installed on your machine.

If you have a Hola extension on your browser you need to remove it (it will still be active even if its disabled).

From the lower left corner, click the Windows key, type VPN and click on the “Set up a virtual private network (VPN) connection.”
